Research by Faculty Members of the College of Administration and Economics Published in a Q1 International Journal

Professor Dr. Mundhir Khudhair Yaqoub, Assistant Professor Dr. Manal Abdul Jabbar Al-Sammak, and Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hammami from the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul have successfully published their research entitled:
“The Role of Open Knowledge Management in Driving Marketing Innovation within Organizations: The Mediating Role of Technology Empowerment”
in Problems and Perspectives in Management, a journal ranked in the first quartile (Q1) and indexed in the Scopus database.
The study examined the role of open knowledge management in enhancing marketing innovation within organizations and explored the impact of technology empowerment in supporting the utilization of knowledge and transforming it into innovative marketing practices. The findings highlight how these practices contribute to strengthening the competitive advantage of organizations and improving their overall performance.
