University of Mosul Celebrates the Outcomes of Its Academic Cooperation with Lindenwood University

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant President of the University, and Dr. Mohammed Abdulmalik Ahmed, Director of the Department of Scholarships and Relations, a ceremony was held on Monday, June 15, 2026, to distribute certificates of participation in cooperation programs with Lindenwood University in the United States. The event was attended virtually by Dr. Marcus Smith.
More than 100 male and female students from the Colleges of Arts, Law, Political Science, and Administration and Economics participated in three programs that addressed the history of the contemporary Middle East, international marketing skills, and education in the global community.
Through these programs, students of the University of Mosul engaged with their peers from Lindenwood University in discussions directly related to their fields of specialization. At the same time, the programs enhanced their ability to use English to express their opinions, reflect their cultures, and present their communities.
It is worth noting that this is the third year of cooperation between the two universities, with plans to expand this collaboration to include a larger number of programs and colleges in the future.
