The University of Mosul Records an Active Presence in the National Program for Developing University Leadership

Headed by the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, and with the participation of the deans of the colleges, a high-level delegation represented the University of Mosul in the training program entitled “Iraqi University Leaders Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030.” This strategic program is organized jointly by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry of Planning, and is hosted by the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology.
At the outset of the program, Professor Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Al-Jumaily, Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, emphasized the pivotal role of developing university leadership skills in modern fields, including governance, strategic planning, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications. He noted that these steps constitute a fundamental pillar for enhancing institutional performance and applying the highest standards of quality and sustainability in Iraqi universities.
