Assistant Professor Dr. Rafal Hasan Hamed, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Administrative Affairs, participated in a dialogue session organized by the Nineveh Women Organization in cooperation with the Women’s Affairs Department at the Nineveh Governorate Office.

During her participation, she emphasized that women’s empowerment begins with conscious upbringing that strengthens women’s self-confidence and supports their role in society and decision-making. She also stressed the importance of providing legal protection for women against harassment and violations through social media platforms, ensuring a safe digital environment.

The session witnessed an exchange of views and ideas on ways to support women and enhance their active presence in society.
