France ambassador to Baghdad, Bruno Aubert visited the University heading a delegation of diplomats and other French foundations staff on Sunday, February 14th , 2021.Rector Kossay Alahmady and his Assistant, Prof. Dr. Munir Salim Taha hosted the delegates at the Scientific and Literary Club, where they opened the new CDC Training Hall of the Center for Rehabilitation and Employment, which is dedicated to improve the graduates’ capabilities to prepare them for jobs.In the occasion, Ambassador Aubert, briefed the attendees on the projects accomplished for the University and University of Nineveh by France Expertise, which were funded by the French side, in the line of cooperation that extended for two years.Later, a show for the students’ projects covered by the French funds, and another one for plastic art, organized by Nirgal Assembly, in cooperation with the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute at Mosul, ICFI were opened.The visit was concluded by the first drama performance by students of College of Arts and College of Fine Arts, performed at the the Francophonic Theater of College of Arts.
