Under the directives of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Abdul Rahim Ibrahim Jasim, Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, the University of Mosul concluded summer training programs for the students, with the participation more than 5000 male and female students in government departments, institutions, and private sector companies during the months of July and August.

The Department of Science and Technology Gardens / Rehabilitation and Employment Division organized these programs aimed to enhance the practical aspects of academic disciplines and equip students with the skills and experiences required to enter the labor market.

The training programs concluded with a field visit to Asiacell, which hosted more than 120 male and female students from various academic specializations. This step reflects the importance of partnership between the university and labor market institutions in preparing a more qualified generation equipped with the capabilities and readiness needed for the future.
