Following directives from Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi, the Mosul University staff land issue is heading toward finalization.

After 31 years of waiting, the residential land distribution file for University of Mosul staff is moving toward implementation—a long-awaited step to render justice to thousands of employees who have not seen land distribution since 1995.
In this context, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibraheemi, President of the University of Mosul, met with His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Mr. Khalid Shwani, to follow up on the residential land allocation file for university personnel and work to overcome the obstacles that hindered its completion over past years.
His Excellency the Minister of Justice instructed the Real Estate Registration Departments to provide the necessary facilities and expedite legal and administrative procedures, paving the way for the file’s full execution.
And we will not stop here…
We will continue to engage all relevant authorities and follow up on this file step by step, until this long-awaited entitlement becomes a tangible reality for the staff of the University of Mosul.
