The Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, held a meeting with a number of the university’s scholarship students, in the presence of the Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University Presidency and members of the ministerial committee.

The meeting emphasized the importance of making effective use of the scholarship students’ scientific and research capabilities and employing their academic expertise to support the university’s scientific progress.

The discussions also addressed ways to strengthen international research cooperation, promote joint research publications, and expand co-supervision of postgraduate students. In addition, the meeting highlighted the importance of involving scholarship students in scientific committees, teaching activities, and academic discussions, in a manner that contributes to transferring international academic expertise to the University of Mosul, improving the quality of scientific research, and strengthening the university’s academic presence internationally.
