The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Marketing Flexibility: An Introduction to Developing the Quality of Tourism Services / An Applied Study on the Tourism Authority in the Kurdistan Region of Duhok”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study presented by the student “Bakhtiar Muhammad Saleh” in the Department of Marketing Management aims to identify the nature of the relationship between marketing flexibility and the quality of tourism services in terms of its dimensions, represented in (service flexibility, price flexibility, distribution flexibility, promotion flexibility, individual provisions, operational flexibility, flexibility of physical evidence).
The study reached conclusions, most notably: that the organization did not work to provide the necessary and modern supplies and requirements, which would help in providing appropriate and integrated quality services.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmed Abdullah from the University of Tikrit, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed, and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani.
