The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul received, on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, the ministerial committee assigned to evaluate the establishment of a PhD program in the specialization of Marketing Management at the Department of Marketing Management.
The ministerial committee consisted of:

Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Kazem Abd / Al-Qadisiyah University
Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas Hammadi / University of Fallujah
Assistant Professor Dr. Ameer Naama Mukhif / University of Kufa
The committee was received by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel; the Head of the Department of Marketing Management, Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Thaker Saleh Al-Qoutji; and the Department Rapporteur, Assistant Professor Mohammed Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Hammami, along with a number of faculty members and staff of the department.
The visit included a review of the department’s material and human resources and an assessment of the availability of the requirements and regulations stipulated for establishing a PhD program. This encompassed infrastructure, scientific facilities, academic competencies, and the proposed educational programs.
This step comes within the framework of the College of Administration and Economics’ efforts to develop postgraduate programs, enhance the academic standing of the University of Mosul, and enrich the scientific environment with high-quality programs that contribute to serving higher education and scientific research.
