Through the research, it was found that women were subjected to assaults. It is understood through the contents of the legal texts related to women that there was violence against them and it has a direct impact on the performance of their important role in society.
And that the legal texts are the main source for the subject of the study
The research included three chapters preceded by an introduction that talks about the role and status of women in society. The first chapter deals with moral violence, which includes verbal and psychological violence.
While the second chapter dealt with material damages against women. The third chapter included financial violence, and the study concluded with a number of conclusions.The viva committee consisted of:
