A group of faculty members from the Department of Sociology, accompanied by several students, visited the Al-Nuri Grand Mosque on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to observe the progress of the reconstruction efforts of this historic Islamic landmark, which stands as a symbol of the city of Mosul.
