Allah the Almighty ha been truthful.

We congratulate our Islamic nation and our Iraqi people on the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan and the days of the Holy Quran, in which people’s hearts, prayers, fasting and resurrection revolve around the mercy, obedience, forgiveness and favor of the Lord of the Worlds.

On this occasion, we ask God Almighty to grant us the virtue of His holy month, enable us to serve our people, inspire us with the means of success and guidance, and repeat these blessed days with goodness and peace. Indeed, He is the All-Hearing and Responsive.
