Mr. Abdul Qader Dakhil, Governor of Nineveh, chaired a coordination meeting with Prof. Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, in the presence of Dr. Saad Al-Sultan, Advisor to the Prime Minister, to follow up the implementation of the directives of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shi’a Al-Soudani, regarding the allocation of residential lands for employees of the University of Mosul in recognition of their active scientific and developmental roles.

The meeting witnessed the issuance of direct instructions by the governor to the Planning Commission at the governorate office to initiate the necessary technical and legal procedures, according to the approved mechanisms, in preparation for the allocation of plots of land in a fair and orderly manner.

During the meeting, the Governor stressed the importance of expediting the completion of this vital project, which enhances the stability of academic personnel and establishes a culture of appreciation for scientific competencies that play a pivotal role in serving society and promoting development in Nineveh Governorate.
