On Sunday, February 15, 2026, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, met with Professor Dr. Mohamed Fouad Bayan from Philadelphia University in Jordan, the external examiner for the graduate programs at the College of Pharmacy, for the period from February 15 to 18, 2026. The meeting was also attended by Professor Dr. Yasser Fakhry Mustafa, Dean of the College of Pharmacy.

During the meeting, they discussed key steps to support the scientific partnership between the university and distinguished academic institutions, focusing on the development of graduate programs and the university’s ongoing efforts to build scientific frameworks in line with international standards in this critical area. Hosting external examiners from Arab countries and renowned universities demonstrates the university’s deep commitment to knowledge exchange and collaborative efforts to support the educational and research movement in Iraq.
