Research Team at the University of Mosul Publishes Distinguished Study in Q1 Journals in Collaboration with the Polymer Research Centre

 

In a fruitful international collaboration and as part of the University of Mosul’s continued pursuit of excellence in advanced scientific research, a research team from the College of Education for Pure Sciences has announced the publication of a high-quality study in a leading international journal, in collaboration with the Polymer Research Centre at the University of Sheffield.

Research Title
“Spectroscopic Characterization and DFT Analysis of Ethynylene and Ethynylene–Thiophene Linkages in Donor–Acceptor Copolymers”

The study was published in the prestigious Polymer journal, issued by Elsevier through the ScienceDirect platform. The journal is ranked within the first quartile (Q1) in both Scopus and Clarivate, with an Impact Factor of 4.5 and a CiteScore of 7.7.
