The President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, accompanied by his Assistants for Scientific and Administrative Affairs, received the Director General of the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning, Dr. Hussein Ali Dawood, along with his accompanying delegation.

The meeting addressed the results of the training impact assessment for participants in the “University Leaderships Towards Excellence and Sustainability 2030” program, and the extent to which its outcomes have contributed to developing leadership and administrative performance. The discussions also covered prospects for cooperation in the fields of training, capacity building, and the exchange of expertise.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing developmental programs aimed at preparing competent university leaders and enhancing the quality, effectiveness, and sustainability of institutional performance.
