Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, took part in the celebration marking the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) at the Great Al-Nouri Mosque, in the presence of a number of officials, religious and social figures, as well as sheikhs and prominent community leaders from Nineveh.

The occasion provided an opportunity to reflect on the noble life and teachings of the Prophet and the values of mercy, justice, tolerance, and peaceful coexistence that they embody. These are values that the University of Mosul is committed to promoting through its academic and community mission and to fostering among generations of students and within society.
