Under the patronage of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, and in cooperation with the Technology Incubator Unit and the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit, and in partnership with the Clinic valley Clinic Management System, the College organized a practical workshop on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, entitled:
“The Future of Digital Management for Dental Clinics: A Practical Application of the AI-Supported Clinic Valley System.”
The workshop was delivered by the developer of the application, fifth-year student Hazim Mahmoud Hazim, where the application represents his innovative entrepreneurial graduation project.
The workshop aimed to highlight the digital transformation in the management of dental clinics and to review mechanisms for employing Artificial Intelligence technologies in enhancing both administrative and clinical performance. This contributes to improving the quality of services provided and strengthening institutional efficiency.
The workshop included a practical demonstration of the Clinic valley system, presented as an integrated platform that combines management, marketing, and artificial intelligence technologies within a unified digital environment. The system allows easy access from various devices and provides analytical tools that support data-driven decision-making.

Automating the archiving of patients’ records and financial accounts.
Digitally organizing appointments and preventing administrative conflicts.
A live demonstration of the first version (V1) and the mechanism for transitioning from the paper-based system to a digital system.
This event comes within the framework of the College’s commitment to supporting innovation pathways and digital transformation, as well as its dedication to empowering students, graduates, and clinic owners to keep pace with technological developments in the management of healthcare institutions.
