The team of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul achieved a well-deserved victory over the team of the College of Nursing in the first round of the “Madarij Al-Noor” Quraanic Competition, held on Tuesday, 3 March 2026. The team delivered an outstanding performance that reflected the high level of preparation and knowledge among the college’s students.
The victory came as a result of the accurate and comprehensive answers provided by the students to most of the diverse Quraanic questions, as the team demonstrated a strong competitive spirit and clear academic confidence throughout the course of the competition.
The round also witnessed the remarkable performance of Anwar Riyadh (Third Stage), who stood out for his quick thinking and precise responses, which significantly contributed to strengthening the team’s lead and securing the victory.
