The Human Rights Unit at the College of Dentistry participated in the regular meeting of Human Rights Unit Officers from all colleges of the University of Mosul. The College was represented at the meeting by the Head of the Unit, Assistant Professor Dr. Rana Rabee Aziz.

The meeting was held on Monday, 13 April 2026, at the Presidency Hall of the University of Mosul, in the presence of the University President, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the Head of the Human Rights Division at the University Presidency, Lecturer Dr. Saeed Khidayda Al-Sinjari.

The meeting included discussions on several key issues related to promoting a culture of human rights within the academic environment, as well as mechanisms to activate the role of the units in colleges in implementing programs and activities that support this academic and humanitarian framework.
