Awareness Campaign at College of Engineering Introducing Iraqi Science Day Award
As part of the scientific activities of College of Engineering and its efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals—specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and Goal 17 (Partnerships for the Goals)—Division of Media and Government Communication at our college organized an awareness campaign to introduce Iraqi Science Day Award on Monday, June 30, 2025.
The campaign aimed to present eleven categories of the Science Day Awards, along with the conditions and procedures for application, nomination criteria, competition mechanisms, and the types of work eligible for the awards, as well as the evaluation standards.
The campaign included the design and display of digital awareness posters on the electronic screens located in the college’s administration building and various departments to ensure the message reached the largest possible number of students and staff. In addition, awareness posts were published on the college’s official website.
