The Environmental Research Center at the University of Mosul held a discussion session titled “The Role of the Environment in Regulating the Body’s Biological Clock” on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
The lecture was delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Zahra Izz al-Din Younis, who addressed the importance of the biological clock in regulating various bodily functions, such as sleep, metabolism, cell division, and hormone production.
The session aimed to highlight how the biological clock harmonizes with our surrounding environment, with the goal of developing innovative, non-invasive therapeutic strategies to enhance overall health.
