Workshop at the Environmental Research Center

The Environmental Research Center at the University of Mosul held a workshop entitled:

“Water Hyacinth: From a Threat to Rivers to a National Resource”

The workshop was delivered by Asst. Lecturer Reem Nawzat Ahmed. It addressed the environmental impacts of water hyacinth on rivers and aquatic ecosystems, while highlighting opportunities to transform it from an environmental challenge into a potentially valuable resource through sustainable utilization.
