Concluding a scientific workshop at the College of Fine Arts on communityl ethics and gender
A scientific workshop was concluded at the College of Fine Arts on community ethics and gender, which was held by the Studies and Planning Division today, Thursday, October 12, 2023, in the presence and supervision of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Saliwa, and the follow-up of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Bashar Abdel-Ghani Muhammad.
The second day of the workshop, which was delivered by Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Head of the Fine Arts Department, focused on reviewing topics about some of the abnormal phenomena occurring in our Iraqi society, including moral deviations outside human nature, which began to spread in Western countries as a type of personal freedom, and attempts to export them to our societies, including homosexuality. This workshop was moderated on its first and second day by Assistant Professor Dr. Zaid Tariq Fadel, head of the college’s media division, and ended with extensive discussions by the ladies and gentlemen attending the college.
