Conclusion of the course for developing administrative capabilities for women at the College of Fine Arts
In the presence and supervision of Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, the course (Developing Administrative Capabilities for Women) was concluded on Thursday, November 23, 2023. The second day of the course included a lecture by Dr. Hadeel Sobhi Ismail entitled (Psychology and its Relationship to Women’s Management), and the third and final day was a lecture by A.M. Dr. Marib Muhammad Ahmed, teaching at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, entitled (Leadership Skills Required for Women for Success), and the fourth and final lecture was presented by Ms. Soha Muhammad Tayyeb, head of the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the University of Mosul, entitled (Women and Administrative Work between the Past and the Present and Ways to Develop Them) and moderated by The course was held by Dr. Nada Abdel Aziz Saleh and Lecturer Jinan Abdel Razzaq.
The training course aimed to identify many of the skills and abilities of women in all public and private institutions and to enhance them by investing in their opportunities and potential to participate and influence decision-making. Participation in it was limited to female employees and teachers.
The lectures included discussions by the women teaching and professional staff participating in the course, which enriched the course and added to it an interactive atmosphere.
At the conclusion of the session, the Dean presented letters of thanks and appreciation to the guest lecturers.
