Qualification and Employment.

The Qualification and Employment Division serves as the link between the labor market and the university. Its role is to transfer market requirements to the university so that the latter can update its curricula to align with market needs. Therefore, the division contributes by offering suggestions for changes to the university’s academic programs based on the demands of the labor market.

The division provides employers with the fastest, easiest, and most cost-effective methods to find top-tier candidates. It also helps job-seeking graduates find the best positions in the labor market. The division employs an innovative recruitment approach by providing qualified and distinguished staff for companies, institutions, and engineering, technical, and administrative offices in all required specialties. This is achieved by training them in technical and administrative courses tailored to the required specializations, using a modern approach that keeps pace with the developments in modern education.
