An educational course in Mosul Arts on human rights and fundamental freedoms within the framework of maintaining discipline among civil servants.

The Department of Studies and Planning – Continuing Education Unit at the College of Fine Arts, in cooperation with the Open College of Education/Nineveh Study Center, held an educational course entitled “Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in the Context of Maintaining Discipline among State Employees” on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, for members of the College of Fine Arts. The course was presented by Asst. Dr. Ayman Hadi Fathi and Asst. Dr. Akram Juma Saleh, and was moderated by the Continuing Education Unit official. The course aims to enhance employee awareness of the fundamentals of human rights in the workplace, clarify the relationship between public freedoms and administrative discipline, and build a work culture based on respect for human rights and principles of integrity.
