Conclusion of the Educational Course: “Theater of the Oppressed and Acting Performance… Artistic and Symbolic Transformations”
As part of the activities of the Studies and Planning Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, the educational course titled “Theater of the Oppressed and Acting Performance… Artistic and Symbolic Transformations” concluded. The course was held from November 24–27, 2025, and was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Musab Ibrahim Muhammad and Asst. Lect. Ali Nazim Abd.
The course aimed to empower students to utilize theatrical action as a tool for expression and symbolic transformation. It sought to build and develop critical awareness, enhance acting performance skills in both individual and group work, and create a safe space for experimentation, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (4 and 8).
