College of Fine Arts

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, the Studies and Planning Division at the College of Fine Arts, in cooperation with the College of Education for Pure Sciences and the Women’s Empowerment Unit/University of Mosul, held a course for women’s cadres entitled (Developing the Administrative Capabilities of Women) On Tuesday, November 21, 2023, in the discussion room, in the presence of the female staff of teachers and employees.
A group of lectures were delivered, the first of which was entitled (Advancing the Role of Women in Leadership Positions) by Assistant Professor Hana Khader Youssef. It focused on the concept of women leadership in the Arab world, the qualities and impression of women leaders, the most important challenges they face, their transition to the highest levels, and examples of Arab women who have reached the level of leadership.
The floor was opened for discussion and interventions for participants, which would advance the role of women in developing administrative capabilities. Note that the course will continue until Thursday, November 23, 2023.
