(Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters) is a program supported by the European Union.
Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Sliwa, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, and in the presence of the Scientific Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Abdul Ghani Muhammad, along with a group of esteemed faculty members and staff of the college, today, Sunday, March 3, 2024.
The College of Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations at the University of Mosul, organized a scientific workshop on the Erasmus Mundus program, a prestigious international initiative aimed at improving the quality of higher education and enhancing dialogue between people and cultures. It provides opportunities for students to participate in a joint master’s program offered collaboratively by the European Union.
Present at the event were Assistant Lecturer Omar Ali Hadeer, the head of the European Union Projects Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Muhammad Hamid. The workshop was managed by Ms. Mariam Azam Ismail, the head of the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Unit in our college.
The workshop focused on how to apply, the requirements and foundations for nomination to the program, and reviewed the key points of academic excellence and the availability of participation, in addition to interventions and questions from the attendees.
