College of Fine Arts

The College of Fine Arts at the University of Mosul won first place in the Creative Arts Competition for the academic year 2023-2024 today, Sunday, May 5th, in the presence of the President of the University of Mosul and his academic and administrative assistants. The award for first place was received by Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, the Dean of our college.

The annual Creative Arts Competition, a tradition established by the presidency of the University of Mosul thirty years ago, where students and members of the University of Mosul compete in various fields of faith, science, art, and literature. This year, the competition took on a different form in line with the goals of sustainable development and under the slogan “Green Education and Sustainable Cities.” Congratulations to our distinguished faculty, members, and students, and may there be more contributions and scientific and intellectual development in service of the public good.
