College of Fine Arts

Today, Tuesday, October 24, 2023, the Department of Performing Arts at our college presented an interactive theatrical performance in the Grand Theater Hall at the University of Mosul, titled (Health Insurance), within the National Health Services Forum conference, which is being held in the corridors of the University of Mosul. The presented presentation is scripted and directed by Omar Akram, starring the teacher Saddam Salem Hanna, and represented by a distinguished group of students from our college, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, Dean of the College. The presentation is consistent with the theme of the conference, to be presented in an interactive theater style about the deteriorating health situation experienced by the Iraqi citizen, and Mosul in particular, and ways to improve. With this reality, including the health insurance solution. The show was well received by the audience, including academic, media, and cultural elites, especially since it came in a satirical, critical, comedic form for some of the negative aspects that some people resort to relying entirely on alternative medicine for diseases that require modern treatment methods and surgical intervention.
