Lighting and its importance in the theatrical performance system, a scientific workshop in the halls of Mosul Arts
Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Jandari, the Department of Theater Arts at our College of Fine Arts organized a scientific workshop on lighting and its importance in theatrical scenography on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Mr. Sinan Azhar Al-Sumaidaie lectured.
The experienced lecturer touched on the importance of lighting across different eras, up to modern lighting devices and furnishing the scenographic scene with laser lighting, instead of the large and cumbersome blocks and sizes of the decor previously used in theatrical performances.
