Mosul Arts Workshop on the Importance of Preserving Official and Secret Books in Higher Education Institutions
The Papers and Archiving Unit, in cooperation with the Secret Pen Unit at the Faculty of Fine Arts, organized a workshop entitled (Definitions of Incoming and Outgoing Mail Reports and Internal Mail for Higher Education Institutions) yesterday, Monday, October 14, 2024, in the presence of a group of our college members.
The workshop was attended by Ms. Zeina Abdel Moneim, Marwa Ramzy, Saba Ahmed and Heba Ahmed, who addressed the tasks of the Secret Pen and Central Mail units for incoming and outgoing books and the nature of their work in organizing and managing documents and correspondence and the mechanism for maintaining the confidentiality of official books.
