Smoking and its negative aspects is a student activity in the halls of Mosul Arts.
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, and with the support of Professor Dr. Bashar Abdulghani Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, the Student Activities Unit at our beautiful college held an extracurricular awareness-raising activity titled “Smoking: Slow Death” on Sunday, January 26, 2025. The activity highlighted the negative social, economic, and health implications of smoking, particularly among young people. A student awareness-raising workshop was also held for first- and second-year students.
