“The Department of Theater Arts holds its third session for the 2025–2026 academic year.”
In the presence of Professor Dr. Hamid Ibrahim Al-Rashidi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts, the Department of Theater Arts held its regular meeting (third session) for the 2025–2026 academic year today, Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The session was chaired by Dr. Aqeel Majid Hamed and attended by the department’s faculty members.
The meeting addressed several key agendas, most notably:

Publishing in reputable international scientific journals (Scopus/Web of Science).

Emphasizing academic promotions and scientific research.

Preparations for the upcoming theater festival to be hosted by the University of Mosul.

Reviewing graduation research titles for both morning and evening session students.
