Under the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President, University of Mosul, to exert efforts to provide possible services, and under the supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the Libraries, University of Mosul, the Gift and Exchange Unit is working to improve the services provided to the users to keep up with the world development in digitization in the libraries in the developed countries. It provides the users electronic services to save time and place and make use of the digitization features in quality and quantity
