At the behest of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady to promote the basis of scientific and knowledge cooperation among Iraqi universities and in response to the campaign (Supportomg the Libraries of Nineveh Governorate) and under the direct supervision of Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the libraries, University of Mosul, the Technical Procedures Division donated electronic copies of (A List of Headings of Major Arab Topics) which include the most important specialized sources on which any university library depends in cataloguing and classifying books and periodicals according to the accredited standards applicable in universities.
