According to the directives of Prof. Dr. Kossay Al-Ahmady, President of the University of Mosul, to pursue a policy of opening up to the world and activating fruitful cooperation with all local and international efforts to improve the University’s reality, and with continuous follow-up from Mr. Sayf Al-Ashqar, Secretary-General of the University Libraries, the Gift and Exchange Unit in the Central Library received a variety of sources in English from Mosul Eye Foundation as a gift. The Library’s technical staff began to sort and record the sources in preparation for classification and cataloging to be accessible to students and researchers at the University.
