Book Donations to the Mosul Studies Center Library.

The Mosul Studies Center’s administration, represented by its Director, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Nizar Al-Dabbagh, extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to the short story writer and novelist, Ms. Maha Al-Faris, for donating a copy of her recently printed book, “The Diaries of Mosul,” to the Center’s library. Published by Al-Hikma in London, the book promotes the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, by encouraging reading and creative writing, and developing the linguistic and intellectual skills of readers, especially youth and adolescents, as well as Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. The book highlights the cultural and local heritage and preserves the cultural identity of communities and cities. The donation was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Hazem Al-Ghasanfari, Head of the Department of Historical and Social Studies, on behalf of the Center’s Director. The Center’s administration appreciates this valuable donation.
