Under the patronage of
Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of
Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit, University of Mosul, and as part of the activities of the Sustainable Development Committee at the Mosul Studies Center, the Center held a workshop entitled: (Ministry-Specific Human Resources Management System (HR)).
The workshop was presented by: Mr. Mohammed Muslim Khader, Head of the Administrative Affairs Division, Mosul Studies Center.
The workshop was managed by: Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Nizar Al-Dabbagh, Director of the Mosul Studies Center.
Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Mosul Studies Center building. This workshop was held to highlight the management of official documents by the Ministry of Education’s H.R. system, a key pillar adopted by the University of Mosul under the leadership and supervision of its President, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi. This system aims to automate official documents and records for staff members, creating a digital repository for each university employee.
Workshop Objectives:
To familiarize participants with the importance of the H.R. system for faculty and staff, and its role in the digital archiving and storage of personnel files and all related documents.
Workshop Topics: The workshop included several sessions, the most important of which were:
1. An overview of the history of the H.R. system
2. The components of the H.R. system
3. Organizing staff data
4. Mechanisms for organizing and uploading data and image attachments for official documents
5. Practical Applications: Through the presentation of selected examples of this system on a computer. This contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goals 4, 5, 8, 16, and 17.
