The College of Nursing at the University of Mosul discussed the master’s thesis tagged (examination of prostatic hyperplasia for patients with lower urinary tract infections in Mosul Teaching Hospitals), at exactly nine o’clock in the morning on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, in the discussion room of College of Nursing, part of which was attended by the Dean of the College of Nursing Prof. Dr. Salwa Hazem Al-Mukhtar and the Head of the Basic Nursing Sciences Branch, Dr. Muhammad Taha Al-Jarjari, the study presented by the student Ahmed Mahmoud Suleiman dealt with the prevalence of benign prostatic hyperplasia among people in the city of Mosul, and the increase in lower urinary tract symptoms is associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The researcher recommends publishing the standard model for early detection of benign prostatic hyperplasia that is universally applied to health centers in Nineveh Governorate. The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Hussein Hadi Attia, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Uday Hani Muhammad, Assistant Professor Hanadi Jabbar Mahmoud, and Assistant Professor Dr. Tahseen Mohsen Hussein as a member and supervisor.
