College of Nursing

The Clinical Nursing Department was established in 1993. The Department includesthe Fundaments of Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Maternal and Child Health Nursing, Psychiatric and mental Health Nursing as well as Community Health Nursing. The department is committed to provide students with recent knowledge and practice in nursing. The department is dedicated to use knowledge of fundamentals of nursing, caring of adult clients, and caring of critically ill patients. It create new knowledge through close studies of relevant population and disseminate this knowledge to various communities through utilizing critical thinking, therapeutic communication, management, consultative, and advanced skills in the exercise of professional responsibilities.
