We welcome you to the website of the College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering at the University of Mosul .The College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering was established in August 2013 with its three scientific departments (Petroleum and Refining Engineering, Petroleum and Mining Engineering, and Petroleum Reservoir Engineering).The college aims to keep pace with modern developments in the fields of petroleum engineering, and is greatly concerned with the quality and modernity of the skills acquired by its graduate students and the extent of their readiness to engage in petroleum professional fields, through developing its teaching staff and involving them in training courses and scientific conferences outside and inside Iraq. In addition to preparing graduates to complete their postgraduate studies in any country around the world for the purpose of enhancing their academic and professional capabilities in various oil fields.The college also always seeks to have a positive role in cultivating the spirit of love and cooperation among its students despite their different nationalities and ethnic affiliations. It tries to exploit this diversity to eliminate differences between all sectors of Iraqi society, and contributes to presenting a humanitarian, moral, and cultural message locally and globally. With the beginning of the new academic year 2023-2024, the college welcomes its students at all academic levels, especially its new students, and wishes them excellence and success in all fields.
