The PEOs of BSc Programs is published and publicize in the university website. The BSc. Program at the UoM will produce graduates who:
PEO-1: Technical Competence & Mining Practice
Within a few years of graduation, graduates will demonstrate successful professional careers in the mining and mineral extraction industry (both public and private sectors), applying engineering principles to mineral exploration, mine design, extraction, and mineral processing safely and efficiently.
PEO-2: Professional Growth & Lifelong Learning
Graduates will pursue professional advancement, lifelong learning, and career growth through professional certifications, advanced academic studies, research, or adopting modern technological innovations in mining engineering.
PEO-3: Sustainability & Ethics
Graduates will exhibit professional ethics, social responsibility, and adherence to environmental sustainability and occupational health and safety standards in all mining operations and engineering practices.
PEO-4: Leadership, Teamwork & Communication
Graduates will effectively communicate, lead, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to solve complex engineering challenges, engage with local communities, and contribute to organizational goals.
