Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Nibras Younis Mohammed, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the college held an awareness seminar entitled: Towards Honest Management: Mechanisms for Combating Administrative Corruption.
The first lecture, titled “The Conceptual Framework of Administrative and Financial Corruption Crimes and Raising Awareness of Their Risks,” was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Saddam Ghazal Yahya, College of Law, University of Mosul.
The second lecture, titled “The Nature of Administrative Corruption, Its Diagnosis, and Means of Combating It,” was delivered by Dr. Suzan Marwan Basheer – College of Law, University of Mosul
Symposium sessions moderated by Professor Dr. Nibras Younis Mohammed Al-Murad
This symposium aimed to raise awareness about the concepts of integrity and transparency in administrative work, highlight effective strategies for combating corruption, and promote ethical values ​​within academic and administrative institutions. It was widely attended by faculty and staff, who engaged with the topics presented and discussed possible ways to enhance integrity in various work environments.
