Master’s Thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences in Sports Training

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences witnessed the discussion of a master’s thesis entitled “The Effect of Two Methods of Post-Amplification Exercises (P.A.P.) on Some Physical Qualities and Abilities and the Performance of a (50)-meter Freestyle Swimming for Iraqi National Team Swimmers” on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. Professor Dr. Nashat Bashir Ibrahim, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and a number of college instructors attended the discussion.
The thesis, presented by student Abdul-Muamin Muhannad Al-Hamdani, addressed the effect of two methods of P.A.P. exercises on some physical qualities and abilities and the performance of a (50)-meter freestyle swimming.
The study aimed to reveal the differences between the traditional warm-up and the warm-up specific to P.A.P. exercises.
The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Yaser Muneer Taha, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Maan Abdul-Karim Jassim and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Hazem Younis, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hamid Al-Sayed Marei.
