A qualitative lecture at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences hosts international expert Lahcen Ounaceur.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the academic and applied aspects of sports science, the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences organized a distinguished lecture featuring international expert Lahcen Ounaceur, coach of the Moroccan national triathlon team and holder of several international certifications in the field of sports training.
The lecture was titled:
“The Role of the Coach Between Modern Theory and Field Application in Triathlon.”
It addressed various topics related to updating training methods, keeping pace with theoretical developments, and linking them to practical field work in triathlon.
The lecture targeted a select group of academics, graduate students, coaches, and those interested in triathlon. It was organized remotely via Google Meet on Friday, July 4, 2025.
The lecture aimed to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education, by providing specialized learning opportunities and raising the efficiency of sports personnel.
The session was moderated by Professor Dr. Moayed Abdul-Razzaq Al-Hasso. The lecture witnessed remarkable interaction from the audience, who enriched the discussion with their contributions and constructive questions. These questions reflected a growing interest in the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with field experience in preparing and qualifying trainers.
