Master’s thesis on the effect of an educational program for visual perception on the development of some cognitive abilities, sensory and motor, in kindergarten children.

The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul hosted a master’s thesis discussion on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, on the effect of a visual perception educational program on the development of some sensorimotor cognitive abilities in kindergarten children. The discussion was attended by Professor Dr. Nibras Younis Mohammed Al-Murad, Dean of the College, and a number of faculty members.
The thesis, submitted by student Maryam Ibrahim Aboosh, addressed the effect of a visual perception educational program on the development of some sensorimotor cognitive abilities in kindergarten children.
The study aimed to design and implement a visual perception educational program for kindergarten children, to explore the effectiveness of a visual perception educational program on developing some sensorimotor cognitive abilities in kindergarten children, and to examine the differences between this visual perception educational program and the traditional program used in kindergarten.
The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Nawfal Fadhel Rasheed, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Khaled Abdul Majeed Abdul Hamid and Assistant Professor Khaled Muhammad Daoud, under the supervision and membership of Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamed Ahmed Al-Suwaidi.
